Introduction

If you would like to become a member, you are invited to provide evidence of active involvement in research or other aspects of the EuroQol Group's work and to provide a statement of your future intentions.

Presenting as a leading author at three EuroQol Plenary Meetings, along with active scientific contributions to EuroQol related and funded research (for example as a PI, co-PI or co-Investigator), are considered essential.

Your application should address each point, but not all points are obligatory for membership acceptance. The Executive Committee is responsible for final membership ratification.

8. List papers and posters presented at EuroQol Plenary and other EuroQol meetings on which you were an author. Indicate whether you were the presenting author and describe your contribution. Each paper or poster should be unique (not previously presented at EuroQol meetings).

Part B: Publications

9. List EuroQol-related peer-reviewed publications. Briefly describe the methodological research question pertaining to the EuroQol Group’s work, if any, in the publications.

Part B: Research Grants

10. List grants awarded for EuroQol-related research and indicate your role: Principal Investigator (PI), co-Principal Investigator (co-PI), or Co-Investigator (co-I). Add an entry for each grant.
