EQ-5D modular versions now available for Qualtrics

The EuroQol Research Foundation is happy to announce that EQ-5D modular versions are now available for Qualtrics users. These modular EQ-5D versions are available as ready-to-use surveys that do not require screenshot review by EuroQol. Modules are available for English (UK) for EQ‑5D‑3L, EQ-5D-5L and EQ-5D-Y, with more languages to follow in the coming months. Qualtrics is one of the biggest survey platforms that is used by commercial and non-commercial researchers.

EQ-5D modules for Qualtrics can be obtained by registering your study/project on our website here. A demo of the modules can be found here. Non-commercial customers can use EQ-5D modules for Qualtrics for free, after registration and acceptance of our terms of use. Commercial customers will be charged a license fee, in accordance with our User Policy. Please note that:

As a measure to accelerate research, a license fee will not be charged when commercial customers seek to use EQ-5D in clinical trials aimed at testing COVID-19 diagnostic tools or COVID-19 treatments.
Due to Qualtrics licensing restrictions, we can only provide these modules to non-commercial customers. Commercial customers will have to create their own EQ-5D representation in Qualtrics.
EQ-5D in Qualtrics requires a Qualtrics CoreXM Survey Platform, with “Allow Javascript permission” enabled. Without Javascript the survey will not work.

EQ-5D modular versions are also available for LimeSurvey, REDCap and Castor EDC.
