Upgraded EuroQol Customer Support Service

We are reaching out to our customers to inform them that we are upgrading our customer support service. On 04 July 2023 we have launched a new Support page on our website, which replaces all our current channels for obtaining EuroQol support on any question regarding EQ-5D registration, licensing, translations, recommended use, scoring, data analyses and reporting, valuation etc. You can bookmark this page now:

From 04 July 2023 onwards, customers can submit their request for support via the link provided on the EuroQol website, or directly via After submitting the support request you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. Please check your Spam or Junk mail folder if you did not receive our confirmation of receipt. Within two business days a colleague from the EuroQol Office will be in touch. All support requests will be logged, to ensure you receive a response as quick as possible.

Note that from now onwards, customers submitting new support requests via will receive an autoreply email, inviting them to use the new support form on the website to submit their support request.

All ongoing customer support requests will continue to be handled via email, so it will not be necessary to resubmit your support request. Please make sure your email is addressed to and that it contains the thread id from our system, which is needed by our system to connect your email to information you provided earlier. You can find the thread id in the subject line of any email sent by EuroQol support. It has a format similar to this: [ref:aBc123XyZ:ref] or this [ Thread::aBc123XyZ:: ].
