19th RFP – Update

Regarding submissions received for the 19th RFP, the funding decisions will be discussed and ratified in the Exec meetings of June 10, 12 and 17. All applicants will be informed of the funding decisions by the end of June.

Please note that a new financial reporting requirement will be implemented for all proposals funded from the 19th RFP onwards.  If a financial report is required, the PI will be notified of this in the grant offer letter, and the financial report will be invited alongside the final report.

The thresholds for the financial reporting are as follows.

• Awarded grant budget under €150,000: no financial report is required but the PI is welcome to upload one with their final report if they wish.
• Awarded grant budget between €150,000-€500,000: a detailed financial report will be required from the PI when submitting the final report, EuroQol will provide the template for this.
• Awarded grant budget over €500,000: a full detailed accountant financial report is required when submitting the final report, the PI/accountant can use their own template for this.
