We kindly encourage attendees to start planning their trip to Vienna as soon as possible as VISA applications may tend to take up more time than expected.

Transfers
Transfers from the airport/railway station to the hotel and vice versa will NOT be arranged by the conference organization. As a single taxi ride costs approx. €60, we recommend taking the S7 train at Vienna Airport to Wien Mitte-Landstraße station. This journey takes approx. 30 minutes. Train tickets (€4,50 per single ride) can be purchased from ÖBB ticket machines at the airport train station. Once arrived at Wien Mitte-Landstraße station, it’s a 10-minute walk to the Vienna Marriott Hotel. You can either walk through Stadtpark or walk around it via the Ringstraße. Reimbursement for transfer expenses can be requested after the meeting.

Travel documents
Participants are responsible for their own travel documents such as passport and/or visa and/or health requirements. Also important, the Foundation is not responsible for covering any sudden or unexpected personal expenses.
