EQ-5D-3L | Self-complete version on paper

Currently, there are more than 180 official self-complete language versions of EQ-5D-3L. A further 5 have been completed and are awaiting official ratification by the EuroQol Group’s Version Management Committee. Until then, they may be used as “best available” versions. If a language version is not available, please contact the EuroQol Office.

Please note that you should select a digital version if you want to collect EQ-5D-3L data digitally, or in an App.
