Can I change the time frame of the questionnaire?
Without the prior written consent of the EuroQol Office, you are not permitted to alter, amend or convert the EQ-5D instrument and related proprietary materials. This includes changing the time frame.
If you have any plans to conduct a scientific study investigating a modification of EQ-5D please contact the EuroQol Office.
