EQ-5D/EQ-HWB: Population Perceptions of HRQoL and Surgical Decision Support Tool Development

Yifan Ding (Erasmus Medical Center) will present her research on whether the EQ-5D and EQ-HWB reflect the general population’s perceptions of health-related quality of life. Jeremy Cheng (National University of Singapore) will share what he has learned in the development of a surgeon-led decision support tool using EQ-5D items for patients with degenerative lumbar conditions considering spine surgery (A PRECEDE study). After their brief presentations, they will answer questions from discussants (TBD) as well as attendees.
