Access customer portal

The EuroQol Customer portal offers a secure place where you can see the status of your registration and where your registered instrument can be downloaded, after the registration procedure has been completed. The portal also provides access to other useful resources, including manuals and digital representation guidelines. The customer portal also allows you to track the status of support requests related to your registration.

How to get access?

To get access to the EuroQol Customer Portal, please register your request to use EQ-5D. If you have already registered and you have problems accessing the EuroQol Customer Portal, or other questions with regard to your registration, please contact our customer support center.
